VSE Migration to OS/390

PlatformMigrator for VSE provides a comprehensive solution for migrating your VSE system to the z/OS environment. Using our unique BluePhoenix™ IT Discovery tool, we provide an automated, detailed mapping of system-wide IT activity and the interconnections among all software components. This overview gives you the kind of data you need when facing a major migration project. This automated BluePhoenix approach incorporates in-depth knowledge and experience in VSE Migration to OS/390 and covers the entire environment, including multiple application languages, databases, as well as data. All migrations are done natively with performance as a key consideration. No black box code or emulation software is required.

VSE Migration to UNIX/Windows

BluePhoenix PlatformMigrator for VSE also provides a comprehensive solution for migrating your VSE applications to UNIX/Windows. BluePhoenix uses a combination of techniques including the automated migration of legacy file systems such as VSAM and IMS DB, and automated migration legacy databases such as ADABAS and IDMS to ORACLE, SQL/Server or UDB.

Automated migration of 4GL languages such as NATURAL or ADSO to Java, C# or COBOL are also possible. The automated re-hosting of CICS applications to Unix/Windows based CICS systems; the automated migration of JCL to Script; and the automated migration of data.
